Our dental savings plan is designed to provide greater access to quality dental care at an affordable price. It’s a discounted fee schedule for most services, which is only good at Smile Studio Dental. You save on everything from cleanings and fillings to cosmetic procedures!
We offer Single, Dual, Family of Three, and Family of Four plans, with the option to add additional family members.
No waiting period. No yearly limits. No deductibles. No claim forms.

*** Family Plans include all immediate family members/legal dependent(s) 18 or younger living in the same household as the primary member regardless of student status.
This membership program IS NOT an insurance plan, does not cover medical procedures of any kind, and cannot be used in conjunction with any dental insurance plan. This membership plan is only valid at Smile Studio Dental.

Program Guidelines
- The patient’s portion of the bill is due on the day of service
- There will be a $50 reinstatement fee if your plan lapses
- It cannot be used in conjunction with another savings plan
- CareCredit may not be used to pay a Dental Savings Plan premium
- No refunds of premiums will be issued at any time if the participant decides not to utilize the plan
- Non-refundable
- If the monthly payment plan is chosen, the fees are $33 per month per member. A 12-month commitment and a $99 activation fee is required.
Program Exclusions and Limitations
This program is a discount plan, not a dental insurance plan. DSP annual premiums must be paid with cash, check, or credit card. This plan is only honored at Smile Studio Dental (Denver, CO). It cannot be used at another office.
Smile Studio’s Dental Savings Plan Cannot be Used:
- In conjunction with another dental plan, dental insurance, or financing program such as CareCredit
- For treatment which, in the sole opinion of our doctors, lies outside the realm of their capability
- For hospitalizations or hospital charges of any kind
- For costs of dental care covered under automobile medical
- For services of injuries covered under worker’s compensation

What forms of payment are accepted?
All forms of credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. We also accept cash, checks, and HSA/FSA.

When can I start using my membershipo
Your membership is effective immediately!

How can I use my member exclusive discount for treatment?
Simply schedule an appointment with our office and be sure to tell us you’re a member. When you arrive, we’ll make sure your membership is current and you will be eligible for instant savings off our regular fees.

Can I transfer my membership to a different dentist?
Your membership is solely with our office and as such is non-transferrable.
