Dr. Rana Sweis

Dr. Sweis was born and raised in Chicago and earned her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from Midwestern University in Illinois, where she graduated at the top of her class. During dental school, she met her now-husband and practice partner, Dr. Adam Gart, who shares her passion for exceptional patient care. She continued her advanced clinical training in Boston, completing a prestigious Advanced Education in General Dentistry (AEGD) residency through NYU Langone Dental Medicine. It was during her residency that she developed a passion for restorative and aesthetic dentistry while treating patients with complex dental needs.

Today, Dr. Sweis is known for her expertise in cosmetic dentistry, restorative dentistry, and comprehensive family dental care. She is a certified Invisalign® provider and has helped countless patients transform their smiles through porcelain veneers, smile makeovers, clear aligner therapy, and minimally invasive cosmetic treatments. She has also completed advanced training in facial aesthetics and is a licensed injector, offering neurotoxin for TMJ disorders, teeth grinding, facial pain, chronic headaches, and facial rejuvenation. In addition, Dr. Sweis incorporates regenerative dentistry using Platelet-Rich Fibrin (PRF) to support faster healing and improve treatment outcomes.

Committed to lifelong learning, Dr. Sweis regularly pursues continuing education in cosmetic dentistry, digital dentistry, facial aesthetics, and regenerative therapies to ensure her patients benefit from the latest evidence-based techniques and technology.

Outside the office, Dr. Sweis enjoys spending time with her husband, Dr. Adam Gart, their two children, Remi and Solei, and their rescue dog, Lido. She also enjoys traveling, exploring Colorado, and continually finding new ways to elevate the patient experience at Smile Studio Dental.
